Abstract

This article is a systematic analysis of work aimed at ensuring transparency and openness of the activities of executive authorities, introducing modern forms of presenting information to individuals and legal entities, eliminating excessive administrative costs in the interaction of society and business as a result of administrative reforms carried out in our country in recent years. In this regard, the relevance of understanding the essence and content of the basic principles of administrative procedures defined by the Law “On Administrative Procedures” is analyzed, as well as the need for direct application of these principles, since they determine the basic rules of administrative procedures.
