This article investigated the processes of conducting experiments and laboratories in physics and electronics using computer technologies. The possibilities of using the technology of creating virtual laboratories in the "LabVIEW" program in the educational areas were represented. This assembled program represents the virtual assembly and creation of a semiconductor NPN transistor that is being studied in the laboratory work of researchers conducting in the education areas.
