Abstract

The article discusses constitutional reforms in New Uzbekistan aimed at improving guarantees of property rights in the tourism sector. The study examined issues related to the development of tourism and its impact on the economy. The features of the participation of individuals in legal relations related to tourism, as well as the role of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities in this area are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to e-commerce in tourism, its opportunities and problems. Trends in the development of online booking and sale of tours, as well as issues of protecting consumer rights when purchasing travel services via the Internet, have been identified. The article also provides foreign and domestic legal and economic sources, which made it possible to more fully analyze the tourism industry. Various approaches to improving the legal regulation of the activities of e-commerce entities in the context of the digital transformation of civil circulation are considered.
