Abstract

This article discusses how the main strategies for the development of society, its priorities and the essence of public policy are reflected in the constitution. The Constitution is not only a legal document, but also the result of the political maturity of society, being a compromise between various socio-political forces. It reflects public policy in the form of a law at the highest level, thus allowing us to talk about constitutional and legal policy.

In the context of our country, to clarify the scientific concept of constitutional and legal policy, the article proposes to delve into the analysis of the categories “politics”, “legal policy” and “constitutional and legal policy”, following a logical sequence. This approach promotes a deep understanding of the relationships between political processes and constitutional law.
