Abstract

This article provides an overview of the activity and biorhythms of biologically active points that are of key importance for human health. The authors highlight the unique features of these points, their ability to interact with active biovitamins and natural remedies that support normal biorhythms. Additionally, information is provided on the differences between dietary supplements, conventional foods and medications, as well as the processes of normal growth, development and reproduction of biological vitamins in the body.
