Abstract

The article highlights the role of foresight analysis in management decision-making, presenting algorithms for its application and processes of use. The shortcomings of existing methods of analysis used in preparing proposals for management decisions are also considered, and optimal approaches to developing forecasts are proposed. Particular attention is paid to foreign experience, with an emphasis on scientific achievements in this field.
