Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal basis of the activities of local public authorities in the field of crime prevention. In particular, in the documents established by the Constitution, laws and by-laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the author sets out the legal basis for the activities of state authorities in the field of crime prevention.
