Organization of the activities of a legal intern and its specific features

In this article, the established rules and regulations for conducting internships in the legal profession are discussed, including the procedures for organizing the activities of a legal intern in the structure of the legal profession, as well as considerations regarding the necessity or non-necessity of carrying out document preparation tasks that are suitable for additional time allocation for legal internships. Additionally, the practical suitability of the requirements imposed on interns for formalizing internships is examined, as well as deliberations on the degree of protection of the rights of legal interns and the alignment of their obligations according to the intern's activities, with additional recommendations provided. Furthermore, in conjunction with the legal intern, the organization of the activities of a legal assistant, the development of their rights and obligations, and proposals for amending current legislation and introducing additions are suggested based on the experience gained in foreign countries.
