Abstract

There are many types of solar cells. The most common of these is the silicon-based solar cell. To increase the efficiency of a silicon-based solar cell, it is advisable to study its properties in more detail. Because silicon is one of the most common elements in the world. In this article, the effect of nanoparticles on the opto-electrical properties of a silicon-based solar cell was studied. We know that the photoelectric parameters of a solar cell change as the angle of incidence light changes. In this article, the effect of the angle of incidence of light on the photoelectric parameters of simple and nanoparticle introduced silicon-based solar cells is studied.
