Abstract

This article analyzes doctrines and rules related to the understanding, interpretation and documentation of partnership relations in common, continental, Islamic law families and national legal systems.

Big projects are not created by a single person, but by the union of interests of millions of people. Different legal systems look for ways to effectively combine people's property interests.

In the concluding part of the article, the peculiarities of the partnership institution in different legal systems are revealed. Proposals regarding the improvement of partnership institution in legal systems were put forward.
