Abstract

The article presents some of the author's considerations regarding certain issues of crime prevention related to the production of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic beverages or their introduction into circulation. The author also conditionally divided the factors of crimes in the field of production or trafficking of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic products into socio-political, socio-economic, organizational and legal, socio-psychological and demographic. In addition, the special crime prevention measures under consideration can be divided into two groups: (A) administrative-legal and criminological measures; (B) It is noted that they consist of information measures. In the course of the study, the author notes that criminal activity in these crimes ranges from 31 to 35 years, the proportionality of female and male persons differs by only a few percent, most of whom do not have a permanent source of income, most of the perpetrators of crimes operate in the sphere of trade (72%) or the production of alcoholic beverages (6.9%).

Likewise, the article also analyzes the news in the legislation in this area and describes the circumstances under which the license requirements and conditions are assessed as gross violations, as well as the secret production of ethyl alcohol and alcohol products, excise stampless, it is established that production equipment is transferred in favor of the state when cases of production of alcohol products without digital marking or of poor quality are identified it covered the fact that it serves to prevent this type of offense and crime.
