Bar reform continues: new proposals for new law

Like many other industries in our country, the legal profession has undergone significant changes in recent years. These positive transformations can be divided into two main areas.

Firstly, the introduction of information systems, including electronic platforms, has significantly simplified many tasks for lawyers. For example, now the entire process - from obtaining a lawyer's license to drawing up powers of attorney - is carried out through electronic systems. Reporting forms that lawyers are required to submit to the Chamber of Advocates once a year have become more convenient, and they can be sent electronically. All this helps save lawyers' time and allows them to focus on protecting the interests of their clients and principals, which ultimately helps achieve justice.

Secondly, regulatory legal acts aimed at further developing advocacy have been adopted. These reforms indicate a desire to improve the justice system. As a lawyer who received his status seven years ago and continues to work in this area actively, I can say with confidence that every year we witness significant changes that contribute to the development of advocacy practice.
