Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in various jurisdictions around the world. It analyzes the approaches of leading countries and regions, such as the United States, the European Union, China, Singapore, and others, to regulate this area. Particular attention is paid to adopted laws, regulations, and court decisions, as well as prospects for further development of the legal regimes of cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Key theoretical concepts and current precedents of judicial practice are carefully examined, which allows you to get a comprehensive idea of ​​the current state of legal regulation in this area.
