This article highlights the advancements in the procedure for reviewing and resolving collective labor disputes in Uzbekistan, noting that these processes have evolved to a new level. The latest version of the Labor Code now legally regulates the resolution of collective labor disputes through mediation. The article provides an analysis of the current legislation governing mediation in labor disputes, examines relevant international experiences, and offers proposals for further improving the legal framework in this area.
