The scientific article focuses on the exploration of contractual relations specific to construction contracts within the framework of international private law, particularly in the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research emphasizes the increasing importance of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model, especially in public-private partnerships, in the construction sector. Despite its growing relevance, the legal literature in Uzbekistan lacks comprehensive coverage of the regulatory aspects of EPC contracts, which hinders legislative development in this area. To address this gap, the study will draw upon a range of sources, including local and international educational materials, doctrinal writings, normative acts, academic articles, and resources from legal and construction firms' websites.
