This article discusses innovative and investment mechanisms for implementing environmental development programs and strengthening the tourism potential of the Aral Sea region. According to experts and officials, innovative projects aimed at developing ecological and extreme tourism in the Aral Sea region are quite viable. Their implementation, on the one hand, will provide additional income to the budget, on the other hand, it will stop the desertification of territories.

The article provides a statistical analysis of the mechanism and accelerating the implementation of innovative projects in the Aral Sea region, which is the investment of funds, that is, their investment. At the national level, investment policy aimed at improving the well-being of the population of this ecologically disastrous zone is being implemented consistently and competently. Programs initiated by the government to mitigate the consequences of the drying up of the Aral Sea and the parallel development of ecotourism in the region contribute to the active functioning of innovative mechanisms at all three main levels.
