This article examines the main problems of the activity-based approach to learning in modern schools, and reveals the essence and significance of two subsystems - training and education. The determination of development is considered based on the idea of \u200b\u200ba person as a dynamic system, all changes which are determined by several external and internal factors, including 1) current, past, and projected states of systems; 2) current and planned states of the external environment; 3) targeted impacts in the external environment of the system; 4) intrasystem processes; 5) random processes in the external environment.
