The article analyzes the implementation of the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Special attention is given to the development of legislation aimed at protecting children from all forms of violence, including physical, psychological, and sexual abuse. The state measures for child protection, including the creation of national strategies and legal tools to prevent violence and support victims, are discussed. The issue of bullying in educational institutions and the introduction of legal education programs for children are also highlighted.
