This thesis provides a sociological analysis of the role of education, particularly higher education, in developing human capital. Although the topic demands extensive theoretical study, it is examined here as a dialectical interplay of modern educational trends, social cooperation, and interrelationships. The thesis presents conclusions on how education contributes to increased social and economic empowerment, the activation of social norms and social mobility among young people, the formation of skills and habits, and the promotion of income growth and stability.
