Abstract

The article addresses the organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of teaching in the professional development of pedagogical staff at higher educational institutions through a methodology based on blended learning. Additionally, it highlights the advantages of pedagogical education, blended and distance learning, and explores the structure of professional development organizations rooted in blended learning.
