Abstract

In this article, the author covers the issues of criminal liability for interference in the investigation or resolution of judicial cases in most foreign countries. According to the author, the concept of interference in the investigation or resolution of judicial cases is not used at all in the criminal legislation of some foreign countries. We believe it is advisable to analyze the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries, dividing the sources of criminal law norms defining liability for interference in investigations or the resolution of judicial cases into the following four groups: 1) CIS member states and previously member states; 2) states in the Anglo-Saxon legal system; 3) Member States of the European Union; 4) Roman-Germanic law.
