Abstract

This article analyzes issues related to enhancing the legal awareness and legal culture of pedagogical staff in public education through the acquisition of legal knowledge within the system of retraining and professional development. The article highlights certain aspects of teaching legal disciplines to develop legal competence in professional development institutions, aimed at improving the legal culture of participants during the professional development process. Conclusions regarding the enhancement of participants' legal culture during professional development are presented.
