Abstract

The relevance of training modern military pedagogical personnel is of particular importance in the context of global threats and technological development. At present, the implementation of modern pedagogical methods, interactive technologies, and psychological approaches is required in the sphere of military education. Military educators are not only teachers, but also specialists who support the psychological state of servicemen and form skills of their effective participation in ensuring national security. This article analyzes the current relevance, methodology and prospects of training military pedagogical personnel. The issues of development of the system of training military pedagogical personnel in Uzbekistan, integration of technologies and study of international experience are considered. The necessity of innovative approaches and adaptation to modern requirements in the training of modern military educators is emphasized.
