This article addresses the psychotherapeutic support of emergency service personnel in crisis situations. It highlights the significance of psychological first aid and presents effective methods and strategies for reducing stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic experiences. The paper provides a review of relevant literature, outlines the research methodology, analyzes the collected data, and draws conclusions. The article concludes with recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of psychological assistance provided to emergency service employees.
