Abstract

The urgency of the immigration issue is determined by new challenges faced by the country's leadership. By the end of the 20th century, the problem of integration emerged before the country in all its severity. Strengthening immigration policies, combating illegal immigration, and implementing selective approaches to immigrant acceptance - all these measures taken by the government were necessary from the perspective of ensuring political stability in the country, maintaining prosperity, and preserving the French model of the state and French identity.
