Abstract

This article presents scientific and theoretical perspectives on all forms of sexual violence committed against minors. Statistical data on crimes involving sexual violence, both globally and in our country, have been examined, and the dynamics of this type of crime have been analyzed based on these data. Additionally, the conditions and causes of such incidents have been studied. Important proposals and recommendations for their prevention are outlined.
