This scientific article explores the use of operational-search and forensic methods in combating crimes committed by bypassing customs control. It examines scientific approaches proposed by both Uzbek and foreign scholars regarding the essence of customs control evasion methods. Additionally, the article analyzes the specific features of operational investigative and forensic techniques employed in the fight against such crimes. Furthermore, it presents scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations aimed at addressing challenges related to the application of these methods in combating customs offenses.
