Abstract

The article highlights the significant increase in requirements for training qualified specialists who meet modern global standards and are competitive. These specialists should be well-versed in their profession, oriented towards engineering fields, capable of working effectively in their specialty at world-class standards, and possess creative competence. It emphasizes the need for educators and engineers to focus on developing independent creative thinking in students, digitalizing education, and ensuring educational sustainability.
