Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of pedagogical reflection in the educational process and its impact on the teacher's activities. Pedagogical reflection allows teachers to analyze and evaluate their work, as well as make changes to effectively manage the learning process. The article discusses various theoretical foundations of reflection and its significance in influencing students. We have analyzed how the reflective process affects the professional development of the teacher, the quality of their approach to students, and changes in the higher education system. This material will be useful for teachers and specialists working in the field of pedagogy.
