Abstract

This article analyzes the main issues in management across the Central Asian region. The economic development of the region and the application of management principles are interconnected: an effective management system contributes to increasing competitiveness and investment attractiveness. However, there are several problems in the management system, including the low level of institutional development, shortage of qualified personnel, and weak implementation of innovative management methods. The study examines these existing problems and offers recommendations for their resolution.
