Abstract

The socio-economic conditions in Uzbekistan, innovations in the field of education - especially vocational education - and the need to change the attitude of workers towards their professional activities prioritize the issue of developing individuals who can realize their professional and creative potential, and are ready to continuously expand their capabilities through self-education and self-improvement.

This article examines the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of specialists' approaches to professional self-improvement.
