Abstract

The article provides a deep analysis of the legal acts of our country aimed at ensuring the rights of minors to housing, as well as international documents on this issue.

At the same time, the article examines the experience of advanced foreign countries in further improving national legislation aimed at ensuring the housing rights of minors.

The author emphasizes the importance of ensuring the right of minors, especially orphans and children deprived of parental care, to housing, and puts forward proposals for improving legislation in this area.
