This article explores the significance of innovative approaches in managing the quality of higher education institutions, emphasizing their effectiveness and potential for practical implementation. The research examines the integration of modern management technologies, information and communication tools, creative pedagogical methods, and international best practices into the national education system. The author provides both theoretical and practical justification for innovation-driven strategies aimed at improving quality indicators in higher education. Furthermore, the paper identifies current challenges encountered during the transformation of educational management and proposes targeted solutions and recommendations.
