Despite the growing attention to mental health, many university students face barriers when trying to access psychological services. This article explores the psychological, social, and structural obstacles students encounter when seeking such support and provides international data and examples from developed countries. Furthermore, specific recommendations are offered to enhance the availability and effectiveness of mental health services, particularly considering the context of Uzbekistan.
