Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of digital cadastral systems in the effective management of land resources. It outlines the main advantages of digital cadastre, including data accuracy, transparency in governance, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies. Based on the experience of Uzbekistan, the article highlights the challenges in the digitization process and provides suggestions for overcoming them. Furthermore, it substantiates the positive impact of integrating digital cadastral data into public administration systems.
