Abstract

This article examines the roles of warranty, validity, and service life in ensuring the quality and safety of goods. The warranty period is defined as the timeframe that guarantees the reliability and high quality of the goods, while the validity period indicates whether the goods remain safe and effective for human health. The service life is the duration during which the technical and functional capabilities of the goods are maintained. The article demonstrates that accurately determining and controlling these periods is crucial for improving product quality and safety, as well as protecting consumer rights. Additionally, it discusses scientific methods and regulatory frameworks for establishing the validity and warranty periods of products.
