Abstract

This article analyzes the practical mechanisms for exercising the right of legislative initiative of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the peculiarities of the process of collegial and individual consideration of draft laws, their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Collegial review provides a deeper analysis of legal acts in terms of legal expertise, consistency, and systematicity, while individual review can be effective in terms of efficiency and initiative.
