Abstract

This article analyzes the role and impact of communicative interference in the development of linguistic and cultural competence. In particular, it examines the influence of a learner's native language on the acquisition of a second or foreign language, as well as misunderstandings caused by cultural differences and how to overcome them. The study highlights both linguistic and pragmatic manifestations of interference and their effects on intercultural communication through concrete examples. The results demonstrate the importance of integrating language and culture in shaping intercultural competence.
