In the current market economy, a financing agreement involving the assignment of monetary claims to another party's benefit, which was introduced by law as an innovation for entrepreneurs, is developing significantly. Factoring is a financial service used in business, through which a company (or individual) sells its future monetary claims (debts) from clients to a third party - a factoring company. In exchange, they receive immediate funds. This agreement not only facilitates working with local entrepreneurs but also creates considerable conveniences in financial transactions and settlements when dealing with foreign legal entities.
