Abstract

This article analyzes the act of inciting bribery in operational-search activities from a legal perspective. The article examines the norms of criminal law and administrative liability. It also presents proposals for legal mechanisms to reduce the propensity for corruption in interactions between employees and citizens, as well as measures to prevent bribery. The research results include practical recommendations for increasing transparency in operational-search practices, strengthening disciplinary and criminal accountability, and implementing professional ethical standards.
