Abstract

In the 21st century, the principles of global governance are changing, and relations between the state and society are taking on a new meaning. The experience of developed countries shows that in modern political and legal systems, integrated cooperation between "state and society" is being formed as a priority management model. In this process, civil society institutions, non-governmental non-profit organizations, the media, the private sector and state organizations are creating a complex management system that works in harmony with each other.
