Abstract

This article analyzes one of the types of documents on criminal procedural law - decision documents, in particular, the language means characteristic of each structural part of the document, which serve as a way of transmitting legal thought, are investigated, the peculiarities of the language of procedural documents are revealed, the conclusions are summarized.
