Improving budget transparency in Uzbekistan

The state budget is a set of monetary revenues and expenditures of the state for a certain period of time.  Budget revenues are generated from taxes, non-tax revenues, proceeds from government loans, and proceeds from the sale or lease of state property. The state budget is the mainstay of public finances, stating the distribution of public funds.  Therefore, on the basis of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to ensure the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan" On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan "systematic work in this direction  is being done.  In this article, the author presents facts and analysis on how to ensure budget transparency based on the same budget reforms.
