This article analyzes the general theoretical issues related to the verification of expert opinions on cybercrime and the evaluation of digital evidence.
The article is based on the opinions of theoretical and practical scientists and the analysis of scientific articles aimed at improving the methodological foundations of countering cybercrime. It systematically, legally, scientifically and methodologically studies the problems arising in the field and gives author's conclusions in this regard.
