The article examines the civil-legal nature of copyright agreements under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the legal essence, structure, and form of copyright agreements, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved. Additionally, the article discusses the requirements that must be fulfilled by individuals who have agreed to enter into a copyright agreement.
