Ushbu maqolada mamlakatimizning Global iqlimning milliy iqtisodiyotga ta’siri hamda tasir doirasini kamaytrishdagi yechimlar, undan koʻzlangan maqsadlar bayon qilinadi hamda  keladigan yutuq va kamchiliklar tahlil qilinadi. Xulosa va tavsiyalar qismida tadqiqotning xulosalari qisqacha bayon qilinadi.
