This article explores ways to enhance the professional efficiency of deputy principals in general education schools based on an analysis of their work activities. It offers recommendations aimed at improving effectiveness through leadership skill development, optimization of administrative processes, application of modern pedagogical technologies, and refinement of internal monitoring systems. The findings of the study serve as a scientific-practical foundation for identifying and addressing challenges in school management.
