This article analyzes the process of forming a leader's social image and the factors influencing this process. Specifically, it highlights how a leader's social image is shaped based on components such as the individual and professional qualities of the leader's personality, the role of mass media, cultural and national characteristics, social expectations, and public opinion. In developing the image of managerial personnel, it is noted that factors such as a leader's ability to make decisions, think creatively, maintain good relationships with the team - in other words, possessing strong leadership abilities - constitute one of the main aspects of image formation.
