Abstract

Аrticle deals with questions of functioning of the lexical loans speaking another language used as legal terms in Uzbekistan are considered, and also references to the modern domestic legislation, regulating use of the borrowed lexicon in texts of a legal orientation are given, concrete examples of use of synonyms to separate terms which are not borrowed are considered, and corresponding conclusions are formulated.
