The article discusses how inclusive education has become a widely recognized educational paradigm in many countries in recent years. It highlights that the official legal foundations of inclusive education were strengthened through the adoption of the Salamanca Declaration. The article also outlines the creation of a fair education system, theoretical and practical research on inclusive education, its scientific and theoretical foundations, and the principles for reinforcing inclusive education at the legal level.
